Submitting an Electronic Appeal
Electronic appeals to the River Shipping Company are sent through the Unified (Integrated) Republican Automated System for Recording and Processing Appeals from Citizens and Legal Entities.
Electronic appeals must be written in Belarusian or Russian.

A citizen's electronic appeal must contain:
- 1last name, first name, patronymic, or initials of the citizen
- 2address of residence (place of stay)
- 3statement of the essence of the appeal
- 4citizen's email address
Procedure for sending responses
Responses to electronic appeals are sent electronically to the email address specified in the electronic appeal, or in writing to the address of residence (place of stay) of the citizen or the location of the legal entity in cases established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011, 'On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities.'
Appeals left without consideration
Appeals that (regarding) the following will be left without consideration on their merits:
- are not written in Belarusian or Russian
- do not contain the citizen's last name, first name, patronymic, or residence (place of stay) address
- do not contain the full name of the legal entity and its registered address, or the last name, first name, and patronymic of the director or the person authorized to sign appeals in accordance with the established procedure (for legal entities)
- contain illegible text
- contain obscene or offensive words or expressions
- are subject to review in accordance with the law...
- contain issues not within the competence of the River Shipping Company
- a repeat appeal has been submitted...
- correspondence with the applicant has been terminated
