Opening of the berth for mineral construction cargo
On January 16, 2024, the ceremonial opening of the berth for mineral construction cargo near the village of Yamno, Brest District, took place. The berth belongs to the Brest River Port branch of the Belarusian River Shipping Company.
The opening ceremony was attended by Natalya Aleksandrovich, Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, Andrei Slutsky, Chairman of the Committee on Architecture and Urban Planning of the Brest Regional Executive Committee, and Vadim Viktorovich Makarevich, Director General of the shipping company.
The commissioning of the new berth will increase the volume of transported mineral construction cargo and will contribute to strengthening the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
