2018. Transportation of vacuum column and sour flare separator
In 2018, the shipping company carried out the transportation of large-sized equipment for the oil refinery - a vacuum column and a sour flare separator. The cargo was loaded onto the shipping company's vessels in the port of Kherson (Ukraine) and covered 1,100 kilometers along the Dnieper and Pripyat rivers in 20 days.
The vacuum column was manufactured by Walter Tosto SpA at the company's facilities in Chieti and Ortona in 12 months. The weight of the column with supports is 316.5 tons, its length is 42.45 meters, diameter is 9.46 meters. It is a complex rectification column operating on the principle of creating steam irrigation through single evaporation of raw materials.
The sour flare separator was manufactured at the Kremsmüller plant in Steinhaus (Austria) and has a weight of 61 tons, length - 14.8 meters, diameter - 5.96 meters.
